Civil & MEP Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare and validate quantity take-offs and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, cost plans, and procurement schedules for civil and MEP packages.
• Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations and conduct cost comparisons and negotiations.
• Monitor and control project budgets, identifying potential cost variances or risks.
• Track and manage change orders, variations, and update cost reports accordingly.
• Conduct site inspections to verify actual quantities and validate subcontractor progress billing.
• Support contract administration tasks such as progress claims, final accounts, and dispute resolution.
• Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and MEP coordinators to ensure scope alignment and accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, contract terms, and local building codes.
