Reporting - Support the preparation of monthly employee engagement reports and actions
Virtual and in-person event organisation - Research and prepare material for panels, fireside chats and external speakers
Employee communities - Support the employee communities by setting up meetings and creating content for the relevant Slack channels
Ad hoc - Creation of posters/infographics and similar based on established branding designs as well as supporting various other People team tasks

What we're looking for?

Studying a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications or a Humanities subject
Curiosity and good attention to detail
Good proficiency in spoken and written English
Know your way around technology, familiarity with G-suite and MS Office
Experience working with any design tool - Canva or Adobe Illustrator is a plus
