About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality and Operations Specialist to support departmental leaders in driving quality management, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance across the business unit. This role plays a key part in optimizing business outcomes by supporting end-to-end operational processes, risk controls, and certification initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic-to-Execution Operations Management Assist in planning, organizing, and executing key strategic meetings. Monitor follow-through of action items and ensure alignment from strategy to execution. Support operational governance and coordination across departments. 2. Information Security & Compliance Management Identify and manage critical information assets, ensuring full lifecycle oversight. Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures. Maintain ISO 27001 certification readiness, manage incident reporting, and facilitate security awareness training and assessments. 3. Documentation Lifecycle Management Maintain and manage internal policy and procedural documents. Ensure timely updates, accuracy, and proper dissemination of documentation across business units. Uphold consistency and continuity of business policies. 4. Process Operations & Risk Control Support internal risk control and compliance activities. Collaborate with business leaders to plan and coordinate initiatives, monitor process integrity, and mitigate operational risks. Provide oversight on end-to-end operational processes and standards. 5. External Quality Certifications Coordinate and lead cross-functional efforts in obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 certification. Facilitate third-party external audits and support teams in enhancing process quality and competitiveness. 6. Business Transformation & Continuous Improvement Contribute to transformation initiatives and evolving business needs. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence. Preferred Qualifications Strong learning agility, sense of ownership, and excellent communication and coordination skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach; able to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
