- Responsible in typing test, Smart Recruiter monitoring and movement on the candidates profile.
- Responsible for screening applicants by conducting face-to-face or over-the-phone initial interviews, language assessments, top-grading interviews, and other screening tests.
- Maintain the database by encoding applicants complete information and updating their status at every hiring stage to ensure we fully track each applicant's lifecycle.
- Ensure that every applicant will complete all Service Delivery filtering assessment/s and interview.
- Responsible in conducting NTO and collecting pre-employment requirements and completion of background check for all selected candidates.
