• Review and assess life insurance applications, focusing on health-related factors and risks, as well as identifying potential AML red flags.
• Utilize underwriting guidelines to make informed decisions on policy approvals, modifications, or declines, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments that incorporate health, safety, and AML considerations to enhance underwriting accuracy.
• Monitor and inspect health and safety aspects of operations, actively engaging supervisors and employees in safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to health and safety, conducting safety inspections and audits as necessary.

• Implement and oversee robust AML compliance programs that align with regulatory requirements and best practices in underwriting.
• Conduct thorough customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identities of policyholders and beneficiaries.
• Monitor compliance with AML regulations and ensure that suspicious transactions are reported appropriate\y.

• Work closely with employees to raise healthcare awareness and promote health strategies aimed at minimizing workplace accidents.
• Create and implement emergency preparedness plans and conduct mandatory training on Occupational Safety and Health.
• Provide first aid treatments and ensure that employees receive appropriate medical attention when needed.

• Demonstrate high professional standards and ensure compliance with both underwriting and health and safety policies and procedures.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on underwriting best practices, health and safety regulations, and AML compliance.
• Communicate regularly with various departments, including Human Resources and Operations, to foster a culture of safety and health.
