- Define and maintain QA processes for web content updates, small feature releases, and major deployments.
- Manage and delegate tasks to part-time resources during testing phase, ensuring workload balance and adherence to timelines.
- Act as the escalation point for critical defects and production issues.
- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, and accessibility testing.
- Oversee cross-browser, cross-device testing to guarantee responsive behaviour and performance.
- Validate compliance with brand guidelines, governance standards, and WCAG accessibility requirements.
- Partner with developers, UX engineers, and content teams to integrate QA early in the workflow.
- Reviewing screen recordings (i.e. from Clarity) and providing clear defect reports and actionable feedback to stakeholders within the integrated web development team (i.e. UI/UX engineer).
- Participate in sprint planning and release readiness reviews.
- Identify opportunities for test automation to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Maintain QA documentation and ensure version control for test artefacts.
- Identify and analyze complex issues and recommend solutions or alternatives.
- Provide regular performance and operational progress reports to managers to ensure issues are being flagged on a timely manner and ensures performance/operational gaps are addressed.
- Lead short term projects and supports medium to long term projects and contribute to long term initiatives planning.
- Develop strong stakeholder relationship by ensuring escalations are managed effectively and proactively and elevating it further as and when necessary.
- Ensure team compliance to and delivery of service level agreements, policies and procedures as agreed with the Manager.
- Amenable for mid-shift schedule (4PM to 1AM, Manila Time)
- Open for hybrid set-up: 2-3x per week RTO
- 3-5 years in web QA or digital product testing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or coordination role.
- Proven experience managing small QA teams and working in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect tracking, and test management tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (Sanity CMS preferred).
- Understanding of automated testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright) is a plus.
- Experience with error-tracking software such as LogRocket, Clarity and NewRelic.
- Solid grasp of accessibility guidelines (WCAG), AEO/SEO considerations, and performance metrics.
- Experience with responsive and cross-browser testing.
- Experience with global websites and multi-regional QA workflows is preferred
- Familiarity with deployment platforms (e.g., Vercel) and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
- Knowledge of analytics tools for validating tracking and event accuracy is a plus
