This role primarily focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including top executives, functional heads, front-line staff, and clients. Job Responsibilities: Develops and manages an assigned territory / region with the goal of maximizing sales and revenues through partner acquisition, development, and relationship building. Develops and implement territory / region strategies, plans and programs Meet target call goals with focus on top executives of partners, functional heads and front liners and clients Conducts continuous market analysis, competitive check, and monitoring of territory political, environmental social, and technological changes. Conducts presentations to Executives, Partners, and other institutions in the remittance industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or any related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in banking, fintech, payments, or remittance industries. Strong understanding of digital payment platforms and the remittance ecosystem. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing strategic partnerships. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Willing to work on-site in Makati City. Can start immediately.
