The System Service Staff/Technical Support reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager for the Traffic System The System Service Staff/Technical Support is responsible for Toll Equipment preventive maintenance, Troubleshooting, System Diagnosis and Resolution, Toll Equipment Inventory, Health Monitoring, and Toll Systems operational BAU status. The requested profile should be a College graduate with experience in IP Based Equipment. Graduate of Computer Science or any Engineering Course.
