- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals.

- Monitor financial activities, prepare branch reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Manage risk by ensuring adherence to security protocols and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with exposure to both operations and sales functions.
- Strong understanding of bank operations, compliance, and risk management.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to achieve targets and drive branch profitability.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on employee development.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Proven experience in Real Estate Marketing (REM)
