As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you'll be the backbone of our mortgage operations, ensuring each loan moves forward with clarity, compliance, and care.Loan Processing & Documentation:
Review and verify loan applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure every file is complete and compliant with lending guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external contacts to keep deals on track.Mortgage Servicing Support:
Maintain clean and up-to-date loan records in our servicing system.
Track statuses, balances, and payments, addressing issues proactively.
Assist in generating and analyzing performance reports for loan portfolios.Financial & Data Accuracy:
Perform timely and error-free data entries and reconciliations.
Support financial tracking and internal reporting tasks.Communication & Collaboration:
Keep clients, lenders, investors, and teammates informed at every step.
Resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.

Have experience in mortgage loan processing, servicing, or a related finance role.
Are familiar with mortgage platforms (bonus if you've used The Mortgage Office).

Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal.
