- Administering payroll & assisting with employees' payroll concerns & questions
- Processing reimbursements, including the identification & implementation of expense management software
- Manage employees' data records
- Manage payroll tax and other compliance requirements
- Processing employees' government related transactions
- Coordinating with HR and other departments for employee details essential in the payroll process.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related courses
- Previous experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably within a company of a similar size.
- Completion of a bookkeeping or similar course is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with payroll software & expense management tools
- Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
- Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality.
- Strong sense of integrity, and urgency
- Ability to do fieldworks (if necessary)
