We are building a high performance team across all our service lines!ABOUT THE POSITIONNeolytix is looking for an Inside sales professional who has extraordinary organization skills, has worked in a sales function and possesses extra ordinary customer service skills.This position requires a solution mindset and excellent communication & presentation skills.Ability to organize sales pipeline- prioritize leads and execute a consistent follow through on opportunitiesNative English fluency and neutral English accent is mandatory.B2B Sales experience selling to Healthcare providers.Work set up - Remote/WFHJOB DESCRIPTIONInbound Leads ManagementExpand revenue by actively following up with leads acquired by the marketing team in Dynamics 365 CRM systemResearch & Qualify leads – Update CRMHunter mindset - Respond to new leads quickly and maximize conversionPrioritize Leads based on Goals assigned and business requirementEmail, Call and follow up the sales pipeline of leads with the intent of signing them up for servicesFollow up on lead at various stages of qualification, Proposal, Contracting etcWrite high conversion emails to target leadsOutbound Leads ManagementLead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry within the assigned region. Use various sources, including databases, online research, and networking, to create a robust lead list.Identify select target accounts and target them for conversion by emailing, cold calling, promotions or working with the Marketing teamIdentify decision makers within targeted accounts to begin sales process and build relationship with key decision makersPrepare proposals and quotes and send them out to prospective clientsBuild service solutions and bundled service go to marketsResponsible for answering requests on customer service channels - phone, email or chatLog and action all requests in a timely mannerWork with the VP- Sales to create Monthly service promotionsWork with the Marketing team to promote specific services, partnerships and promotionsWork with the marketing team to promote services & bundlesWho we are looking for?Preferably has experience working in Healthcare Industry (but not required)Strong multi tasker and highly developed time management skillsFamiliar with a Dynamics 365 or any other CRM systemCreate compelling pitch decks and presentations in PowerpointCan report and analyze basic sales pipeline data in ExcelHighly conversant with Microsoft Office & Teams CommunicationsUnderstanding of US healthcare and its workingsExcellent Customer service & relationship management skillsSkill SetCustomer Relationship Management - Can develop relationships through easy going conversations even with cold prospectsPresentation Skills - Can develop professional slide decks and proposals for clientsCommunication Skills - Excellent phone skillsBusiness Writing - Can compose professional emails and creative follow ups with prospectsSolutioning- Conversant with 3rd party technology apps.
