Identify and escalate issues promptly, propose actionable solutions, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Assign tasks based on team members' capacity and availability to ensure optimal productivity. Qualifications: Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in external/internal audit, tax, accounting, or financial analysis. Experience in business process reviews , internal controls , or IT audits is a plus. Open to individual contributors or professionals with at least 1 year of people management experience .
