The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, and comfortable reaching out to businesses to introduce our recruitment and workforce services.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients (companies in need of staffing services)
Introduce and promote the company's staffing and recruitment solutions
Identify client needs and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule appointments or meetings for Business Development/Sales Representatives
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems
Follow up with prospects via phone and email when necessary
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Basic understanding of staffing, recruitment, or HR services (a plus)
Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
