Work Engagement: Permanent Role Work Arrangement: Hybrid Work Location: Makati City Others: Allowances/Commissions/Incentives Key Responsibilities: Support Channel Sales and BDMs in positioning products and managing customer expectations Build strategic relationships with vendors, meet assigned quotas, and achieve profit targets Deliver internal and external channel enablement, including product updates, promos, events, and trainings Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth processes and updated product pricing Coordinate with vendors on operational, pre/post-sales, and tools-related issues Submit timely and accurate weekly reports to vendors and superiors Utilize internal and vendor-provided tools effectively Skills & Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years experience in the IT Distribution/IT Industry Extensive knowledge of managing various vendors. Proven key achievements and competencies as a Project Manager Related working experience in networking, security, or unified communications solutions industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff. Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable with strong follow-through.
