- Assists the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing efforts for talents for Business Services Delivery
- Conducts initial assessment of candidates based on predetermined standards under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Provides administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment process. Ensure that reports and databases of the teams is updated on a real time basis
- Provide administrative and operational support to Talent Acquisition Supervisor
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Relevant experience in the role of Recruitment (1-3 years for associate, 3-5 years for Senior Associate)
- Preferably with experience in volume hiring
- With in-depth knowledge on candidate selection methods
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
- Knowledgeable in sourcing strategies, HR systems, and reporting (Analyst)
- Experience in using MS suite applications
- Experienced in various sourcing strategies, HR systems, and reporting (Sr. Analyst)
- Amenable to follow an 8AM-5PM shift on a hybrid set up (2-3 days weekly onsite in Pasig City)
- Willing to accept a 3-month employment contract
