You will make a direct impact by: Monitoring the Royalties inbox and addressing queries within 24 hours of receipt. Drafting and negotiating Audiobook contracts, artwork contracts, and master contracts. Administering contract trackers and managing/updating the publication database (matrix). This Role Is for You If Experience: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal. Proficiency in using digital tools and databases. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital publishing tools. Familiarity with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter (as listed in the provided JD, though these are typically recruitment-related tools and may be an error in the original job description).
