A Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant works closely with business owners, executives, and internal teams to ensure visually compelling, well-structured, and brand-consistent materials are produced efficiently. The Graphic Designer VA supports presentation creation, digital workspace organization, and internal design requests while helping maintain a clean, professional, and cohesive visual identity across all platforms.TASKS:

Creating and formatting presentation decks based on content provided by the team, ensuring clarity, strong visual hierarchy, and professional polish
Using corporate slide templates while improving layout, typography, spacing, and overall readability
Producing high-quality, polished presentations quickly while meeting fast turnaround deadlines
Formatting, refining, and redesigning Google Slides presentations to maintain consistent branding and visual standards
Cleaning up and improving existing decks to enhance flow, structure, and visual impact
Organizing and maintaining Notion pages by keeping content structured, visually clean, and easy to navigate
Updating Notion content accurately based on team-provided materials
Managing and executing design and formatting requests communicated through Slack
Collaborating effectively with team members to clarify instructions and ensure timely delivery of outputs
Maintaining consistency in branding, formatting, and overall design standards across all materials
Ensuring confidentiality of company materials, internal documentation, and brand assets at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have strong proficiency in Google Slides
Experience collaborating with teams using Slack
Strong design sense with excellent aesthetic judgment
Ability to transform rough or unstructured content into clean, professional presentations
Strong formatting, layout, and visual organization skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong attention to consistency and branding
Fast, reliable, and able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
Highly organized and structured in approach
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Notion is a plus
Experience using Canva is a plus
Computer savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
Open to working flexible or night shifts.

Computer Operating System: At least Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature
Camera: Capable of a clear and crisp video output
BACK-UP SYSTEM

OPTION 1 (BACKUP SYSTEM):

Computer Processor: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
Computer Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB
Computer Operating System: at least Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature (Optional)
OPTION 2 (POWER SUPPLY - UPS):

Must be capable of powering your work station for at least 3 hours
Typically a device with 240Wh or higher will be sufficient
Must be capable of accepting all the plugs required to maintain the primary device and work environment (device, monitor, modem, cell phone if using as internet backup)
