Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections across various stages of construction to ensure compliance with established quality standards and engineering specifications, focusing on electro-mechanical, civil/structural, and civil/sanitary network disciplines.
Implement QA/QC plans and procedures for water treatment projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
Oversee commissioning processes for treatment plants, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Lead quality improvement initiatives, addressing audit findings with project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Maintain knowledge of industry standards, focusing on safety and environmental compliance in water treatment construction.

General Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
Completion of at least 80 hours of Inspection Training.
At least 3 years of experience in Quality Audit as a QA/QC Engineer.
Up-to-date Safety Training certifications (BOSH, COSH).

Specific Qualifications:

Experienced in construction and commissioning of Water and Used Water Treatment Plants, with at least 3 projects in this area.
Experienced in electro-mechanical installation projects for at least 3 process plants.
Experienced in water and used water pipelaying for a minimum of 3 years.
A certified Safety Practitioner is considered a significant advantage, with relevant safety officer training (SO3 minimum).
