- Collect the pre-employment requirements of the New Hires and make sure that it is being tracked in real time.
- Audit recruitment activities to maintain compliance with internal procedures.
- Upload the pre-employment documents to their respective folders.
- Fresh Graduates are acceptable, but 1 year of HR/TA Experience is preferred.
- Above Average English and Filipino Communication Skills.
- Above-average Excel skills and basic skills in utilization of MS Office Apps - Outlook, Word, and any messenger apps.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willing to report in Taguig.
