Reviews monthly financial/OPEX results and provides variance analysis (actuals vs budget). Partner to all departments in relation to new cost-saving initiatives and process improvements and monitors the development of the significant key performance indicators in each process in the company affecting profitability. Evaluate feasibility of new projects and business development thru preparation and validation of different cost-benefit analyses. Cooperates with accounting team on regulatory reporting and support for regular reporting for management, HQ Compliance reviews of various internal controls and procedures (control reports, data analysis, exception reports) and developing and delivering ad hoc analysis as required What you should have: At least 3 years' experience in financial planning and analysis Experience of 3 full annual budgeting cycle until implementation and experience in financial services industry. 2 years' experience in capital budgeting/ and or preparation of cost benefit analyses and experience in data analysis. Experience working in SAP controlling module. Financial modelling and preparation of PowerPoint presentations and project management skills. Experience in heading discussions with C-level executives Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
