Good Company Cult ure Role Summ ary: This role is responsible for organizing, uploading, and categorizing vendor invoices, as well as assisting with daily transaction reconciliation across multiple entities in a healthcare organization. The Accounts Payable Specialist focuses on accurate transaction classification and invoice management and does not handle bill payments or expense rep orts. Key Responsibil ities: Monitor and manage AP inboxes for each entity and retrieve vendor i nvoicesUpload and classify invoices into QuickBooks Online (QBO) for the respective entityCategorize and reconcile daily bank and credit card trans actionsSupport monthly reconciliation of simple a ccountsMaintain organized digital records of invoices and transaction classifi cationsCollaborate with the internal accounting team to ensure timely and accurate AP processing Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify vendor charges when needed Required Qualifi cations:1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Boo kkeepingMinimum of 1 year experience using QuickBooks Online or similar accounting softwareMust have stable employment history Show more Show less
