What you'll do:You're the lead person for proper implementation, maintenance and monitoring of Monde Nissin’s Distribution Systems in the local distributor operation. You will ensure efficient data gathering, sales reports generation and consolidation of reports. Also, you will conduct distributor systems assessment every quarter in line with the company’s standard operating procedures.Installation, Deployment & Maintenance

Installs and supports sales distribution programs
Ensures the latest versions are deployed across distributor areas.
Trains staff and distributor teams on software use and Standard Operating Procedures.
Tests and debugs programs with developers; verifies pre-deployment data conversion
Prepares and tests hardware/software for deployment.
Installs software, configures workstations, and network infrastructure.
Maintains equipment

Standardization

Establishes and recommends system usage.
Maintains system master files and cascades updates
Enhancements and Improvements
Provides input on system improvements.
Coordinates bug fixes and patch updates with developers and distributors
Provides technical support and escalates unresolved issues.
Logs and tracks reported problems and resolutions.

Control and Monitoring

Conducts trainings, maintains IT inventory and documentation.
Assists in tech evaluations and upgrades.
Coordinates MS Office and antivirus license management.
Performs preventive system maintenance and troubleshooting

Reports

Develops and consolidates report templates and system status updates.
Reviews quarterly reports: Customer Count, Facings, Geo-tagging, and weekly reports on SFA status, system issues, and ad-hoc reports

Systems Assessment

Updates and conducts quarterly systems assessments and SOP compliance checks.
Consolidates findings and works with admins for enhancements

Rewards System

Validates distributor incentives based on targets.
Coordinates adjustments
