He/She is responsible for developing innovative, efficient and reliable, high performance Final Test/Probe test solutions. As part of a cross-functional team, he/she will work closely with Design, Product/Eval, FA/Rel, Apps to solve challenging and complex problems as needed. He/She will also assist in cost improvement initiative of released products.Qualifications:

BS or MS degree in ECE or EE or equivalent relevant experience
With hands-on experience in analog, mixed signal test development role and with knowledge in precision converters, sensors, and memory products
With solid Automated Test Equipment (ATE) experience with NI STS or Teradyne Flex
With proficiency in Labview, C/C++ and VB.
With solid analytical skills and a strong drive for innovation
With experience in PCB schematic entry using Cadence design environment
