- Experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks Required
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- Assist with transition of accounting records over from Quickbooks to Netsuite. This will involve “scrubbing the data” to ensure we are moving clean records.
- Process accounts payable, billings & collections.
- Prepare cash-flow reports, projecting daily cash management needs.
- Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (Journal entries, reconciliations, reports) for month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
