- Configure and maintain hardware and software for desktop, laptop, and server systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, network connectivity, and cloud services.
- Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Assist with new system rollouts, updates, and equipment setup.
- Perform daily system health checks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain IT records and documentation, including issue tracking and resolutions.
- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
- Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes and efficiency.
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP networks.
- Experience with Windows 10, Office 365 administration, and Windows Server (2008-2016).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and IT security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, and network-related issues.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (preferred but not required).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and operate effectively under pressure.
- High attention to detail with a sense of urgency in resolving IT issues.
