- Design and implement cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ensuring all environments are consistent, version-controlled, and easily reproducible.
- Manage code repositories and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub (Actions, Branching, Workflows) to streamline deployment and infrastructure automation.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based systems and applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and network security configurations.
- Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to define infrastructure requirements and deliver cloud solutions that support business goals.
- Automate operational tasks and provisioning to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Participate in cloud architecture reviews, cost optimization initiatives, and performance tuning.
- Document infrastructure designs, procedures, and standards to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field(or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience working in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)principles.
- Proficiency with GitHub for source control, including experience with Git workflows and GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS or Azure), including architecture, provisioning, and operations.
- Deep understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and configuration management tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and orchestration.
- Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL)— including configuration, backup, performance tuning, and integration in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
