SAP Payroll Consultant Mandaluyong (Onsite) 1-Year Fixed-Term Contract Job Summary We are hiring an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to support end-to-end payroll implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP Payroll implementations (Blueprint to Go-Live & Support) Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types Handle payroll processes (gross-to-net, deductions, benefits, retro) Gather business requirements and translate into functional design Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and localization (PH/APAC/EMEA) Integrate with SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM), FI, and external systems Support testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), parallel runs, and deployment Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot payroll issues Prepare documentation and conduct user training Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Finance, or related field 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience At least 1-2 full-cycle SAP Payroll implementations Strong experience in schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll processing Good understanding of HR and payroll processes Nice to Have SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) SAP HCM / Payroll Certification Multi-country payroll experience Consulting or client-facing background
