Role Des >cription This is a full-time on-site role for a Drive Test Analyst, located in Ericsson, Taguig City, NCR. The Drive Test Analyst will be responsible for executing drive tests, analyzing and interpreting test data, and generating detailed reports. Responsibilities include conducting manual testing, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring optimal network performance. The analyst will work closely with the network team to ensure consistent and accurate test execution and documentation. Qualifications Skills in Test Execution, Testing, and Manual Testing Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and report generation Experience in Test Management and coordinating with network teams Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proven ability to work independently and in team environments Understanding of telecommunication networks is an advantage Bachelor&aposs degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field We prefer candidates with PRIOR experience, as we need someone who is ready to be on board immediately without any training.
