- Serve customers in opening new accounts, updating current accounts, and closing accounts
- Evaluate customer requests for service charge refunds and process necessary paperwork to refund customer service charges as necessary
- Filipino
- Completed at least 1 semester in college
- Minimum of 6 months BPO or call center experience handling voice international account
- Above average to good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate with typing speed of 25wpm 85% accuracy
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Amenable to work onsite in Cavite
