We are looking for a Finance Associate (project-based) to join our team. The Finance Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company. This role will be responsible for billing, collections, compliance, and expense monitoring, while also supporting day-to-day financial processes. The Finance Associate will work closely with both internal teams and client partners, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all financial transactions and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue accurate billing statements in a timely manner.Lead and manage collection efforts to ensure on-time client payments.Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation for all billing requirements.Maintain compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements and other regulatory standards.Process requests for payments related to day-to-day operational needs.Monitor, analyze, and challenge operational expenses to optimize spending.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients payments teams to facilitate smooth transactions.Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial workflows and implement best practices.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)Knowledge of BIR requirements and compliance is an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
