Position Responsibilities: Create/Develop applications supporting US operations Provide application support and Assist the US operations Adoption of US segment code scanning capabilities and of the DevSecOps pipeline Develop or acquire targeted training for development teams in secure coding and other security practices Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related course Engineering platforms and Business teams At least 2 years of experience and proficient with .net, C# , nodes js, react, java, javascript, Angular JS, MS bot framework. Microsoft Azure Ability to manage, prioritize multiple work streams in a time sensitive environment Strategic thinker focused on digital enhancements, AI, machine learning, and the customer Preferred Qualifications: Effective English verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences Can translate a more complex technical problem into business terms Strong application development/programming skills Solution design mindset - Ability to constructively challenge business requirements, technical requirements and any other direction that is received, to ensure we are building the BEST solution Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, OCR, and transformer models (e.g., BERT, LayoutLM). Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking. Ability to work in cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, business analysts).
