Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement & Culture Building Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies and programs Organize activities that promote teamwork, morale, and company culture Support initiatives related to employee wellness, recognition, and retention Events Planning & Execution Plan and execute company events such as town halls, team buildings, celebrations, and engagement activities Coordinate logistics including venue sourcing, program flow, suppliers, and materials Manage event timelines and ensure smooth execution from planning to post-event evaluation Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality events Internal Communications Assist in creating and disseminating internal communications related to HR programs and events Promote engagement activities through email, social media, or internal platforms Ensure consistent messaging aligned with company culture and values Employee Feedback & Insights Support the implementation of employee surveys and engagement initiatives Gather feedback and analyze engagement data to identify areas for improvement Assist in recommending programs based on employee needs and insights HR Support Provide administrative support to HR initiatives and programs Collaborate with other HR functions such as recruitment, learning and development, and HR operations Assist in onboarding activities to enhance new hire experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field At least 1-3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or related roles Experience in organizing events, programs, or activities is a strong advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
