- Implementation and delivery of Amadeus products and solutions in customer environment to ensure customer satisfaction and to create long term customer relations.
- Support new / existing customers in the integration and usage of Amadeus products or solutions.
- Support the definition of the sales-to-delivery process for recurring standard implementations of products.
- Define, manage and drive plans for customer implementations of specific Amadeus standard products or solutions according to commercial proposal, following quality standard and process.
- Support and maintain existing customers on post implementation delivering services, managing data system, investigating and solving incidents, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction, following quality standard, process and committed timeline.
- Support and implement Ground handlers and Airlines Ground handling with additional services contracted (eg: New airline setup, new airport setup, new boardpoint setup, setup ETS, IATCI link), with new functionality (eg: EMD), with new add-ons products (Self Service Check-In, FM Mobile). Documentation, Implementation tools and automation have been developed to support the implementation and delivery of standard requests and services to customers.
- Follow-up and support to drive the resolution of production problems arising ((Incidents Report/Problem Tracking Report)
- Provide functional expertise, support and problem resolution to customers already implemented.
- Organize and execute the necessary testing with the Customer for post implementation change requests
- Participate in pre-implementation activity, industrialization and standardization to keep process optimized
- Support Altéa GH DC project manager on the project roadmap, delivering data setup for Ground Handlers customers during the project
- Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any relevant discipline
- Prior experience in travel/airline industry is an advantage
- Exposure on Customer or Flight Management – Departure Control System
- Previous experience in an implementation, technical / functional / product analysis or Product Management role appreciated.
- Strong command of spoken and written English, other languages are an advantage
- Able to work with and communicate effectively across regional cultures
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing requirements
- Able to adapt to any situation easily
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays. Midshift (EMEA Time)
- Amenable to work on a Hybrid Work Setup. Location: BGC, Taguig
