Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field At least 5 years of experience in Training & Development Proven track record of executing programs that improve operational efficiency and employee growth Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Key Responsibilities Training Needs Analysis & Strategy Conduct surveys, interviews, and performance reviews to identify knowledge gaps Collaborate with department heads to address recurring performance challenges Translate training goals into measurable and actionable strategies Align all programs with company vision and long-term growth Program Development & Implementation Design tailored and innovative training modules Integrate in-house expertise with external resources Introduce e-learning, microlearning, gamification, and simulation-based training Conduct job-focused training across operating and support units Organize knowledge-sharing initiatives (e.g., Lunch & Learn) Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement Conduct post-training assessments and track KPIs Issue follow-up surveys (e.g., 30-day effectiveness check) Measure ROI through reports, metrics, and success stories Prepare quarterly management reports on outcomes and improvements Maintain detailed documentation of training activities and results Revise programs based on evolving business needs Culture & Employee Development Reinforce cultural alignment through enculturation and compliance programs Promote lifelong learning and encourage certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) Support professional development initiatives Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and malasakit in handling challenges If you are a strategic thinker who believes that strong people build strong organizations, we want to hear from you!
