- Support the Marketing Manager at The Palawan @ Sentosa in day-to-day marketing activities and campaign executions
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and key campaigns
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and effective roll-out across platforms
- Lead the conceptualisation, creation and optimisation of photo and video content across digital and traditional channels
- Craft compelling, insight-driven copy for social media, paid campaigns, website pages and EDMs
- Drive content ideation and identify new formats or approaches to enhance engagement and reach
- Oversee day-to-day social media management, ensuring consistency in tone, quality and responsiveness
- Monitor content performance and campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimise results
- Identify trends, audience behaviours and opportunities to strengthen content effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop integrated and co-branded content intiatives.
- Support and guide influencer and KOL collaborations to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives
- Lead on-ground content capture and storytelling during key events and activations
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain high standards of content quality and consistency
- Work cross-functionally to align content with broader business goals and marketing priorities.
- Has 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in content marketing, preferably within lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment or related industries
- Possesses copywriting and storytelling skills to create versatile content that resonates with target audiences across platforms
- Is proficient in photography, videography, editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva or similar) to produce compelling visual content
- Stays informed and has a strong understanding of digital platforms, content trends and performance analytics
- Is proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Works well both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Is comfortable working during weekends, peak campaign periods or events when required
