Prepare and maintain sales reports, inventory summaries, and purchase order trackers using Excel. * Support the commercial team in product listings, pricing, and catalog updates during GTM windows of PH & SEA countries.
- Monitor & Coordinate deliveries, stock levels, and assist with replenishment planning with the Consignment Inventory Planner: Joseph Mardo.
- Maintain the Outright analytics dashboard to drive decision-making and strategies for the commercial team.
- Maintain and manage outright account relationships, commercial engagements, trade term alignment, and issue resolution/escalation within 24 hours or 1 business day.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and finance) for order processing and documentation.
- Provide other administrative and operational support to ensure smooth commercial processes.
- Set and monitor KPIs to ensure account growth and profitability.
- Creates a Monthly Workplan and sets important priorities.
- Prepare samples for quarterly pre-sale events.
- Prepare Quarterly Line Order sheets from the Shop for account ordering reference and order consolidation.
- Manage Orderbook Placement in the Shop.
- Consolidate order adjustments from dropped order replacement.
- Prepare Line order sheets for on-hand stock orders and send it to the account.
- 1-3 years of experience in Account management or a related field, with a focus on Retail Consignment sales and operations. Background in Sportswear, Apparel, or Fashion’s Go-To-Market Process
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Accounting or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations.
