Job briefWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Encoder to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the finance sector. As a Data Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to our financial operations. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure that all data is recorded correctly and efficiently.Responsibilities

Input and update financial data into our systems with a high level of accuracy.
Verify and correct data as needed to maintain data integrity.
Assist in generating reports and summaries based on the encoded data.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data manipulation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Project will run for 3 months.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles is preferred.
