Fixed Day Shift, Day 1 HMO coverage, 2-week Christmas break What does this role entail The objective of this role is to lead the Software Services team in delivering high-quality customer solutions through the delivery of dynamics customisations, data migration, and data matching services through the use of Microsoft Dynamics, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and Co-Pilot What are the proficiencies expected of me At least 3 years of experience in a Management/Leadership position Expert Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, Copilot, Teams, etc Experience in software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business/data analyst experience is a plus! Microsoft Certifications is plus! Refined communication and coaching skills Degree qualified What are the things expected of me SOFTWARE SERVICES TEAM MANAGEMENT To work with HR about any HR concerns for Software Services team members. To follow company policies and procedures for any HR concerns including leave requests, performance management issues etc. To work with General Manager and HR to consider scale and recruitment for the team. Develop and oversee policies and processes for all aspects of Fin365 Services Lead by example in all aspects of our Company Values- T.I.E.S. TRAINING DESIGN AND DELIVERY Establish technical training and delivery for the Software Services Team including, but not limited to: Microsoft Dynamics foundational knowledge Power Automate foundational knowledge Power BI foundational knowledge Align learning programs with team member's KPIs to ensure staff can access training content in line with their individual development plan (IDP) Manage and implement IDPs for all Software Services team members in conjunction with Senior Fin365 Management PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR CLIENTS Project manage each client project from client entry to cleansing stages (for migration) Project manage each client project for customisation work Build and deliver long term, scalable service offerings for Software Services clients Build and deliver Customer Experience for Software Services clients How else can I contribute Keep up to date with current legislation, technical knowledge and appropriate strategies- by completing Cyber Security training as required Keep up to date with Microsoft developments Stay current with the latest industry topics (e.g. Cyber Security, AI) and development roadmap for high priority technologies If you&aposre a talented individual who loves challenges, BE PART OF OUR GROWING TEAM and APPLY NOW!
