Ensure child safety by maintaining consistency and compliance in every service. In charge of calling/emailing staff members to attend emergency shifts. Responsible Processes: Staffing Filling vacant shifts Adding Shifts Cancel Shifts Coordinator Cancellations Replacing Team Members Changing Rostered hours Non-arrival for shift Resignations Managing Excess Labour Requesting for a third-party staffing provider What it takes to be part of our team: . 3-year experience in an Inbound and outbound Customer Service role is highly regarded . Excellent English communication skills to be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders. . Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills .
