The Role We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Full-Stack Developer to take a pivotal role in developing our core platform. You will be responsible for building and deploying user-facing features, from our content-rich directories and articles to our integrated e-commerce and payment systems. This is a hands-on role where you&aposll have a significant impact on our product&aposs direction and success. We need a problem-solver who is comfortable working across the entire stack and is excited by the challenge of building a sophisticated, scalable web application from the ground up. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the React ecosystem. * Build and manage server-side logic and APIs to support our front-end features. * Develop and maintain e-commerce features, including vendor subscriptions, product listings, and checkout flows. * Integrate and manage a headless CMS to empower our content team to create engaging articles, guides, and vendor profiles. * Integrate third-party services, including payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal, and analytics tools. * Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, and collaborate with the founding team to define product features and technical roadmaps. * Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs. * Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where it makes sense-we actively encourage the use of AI development tools. Requirements What We&aposre Looking For Essential: * Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong proficiency in React. * Direct experience building or maintaining e-commerce functionalities, including shopping carts, checkout processes, and subscription models. * Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Strapi, Sanity) or traditional CMSs (like WordPress) in a decoupled architecture. * Hands-on experience implementing payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal, or similar). * Demonstrable experience with a modern back-end framework (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django, etc.) and working with RESTful APIs. * Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Vercel, AWS, Google Cloud). * Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. * A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for debugging and problem-solving. Desirable: * Experience building and deploying AI-powered features or utilising AI agents (e.g., using n8n, Make.com, or LangChain) in workflows. * Familiarity with modern infrastructure (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). * Experience with analytics platforms and data logging for business intelligence. * A keen eye for UI/UX design and creating exceptional user experiences.
