- Act as the trusted partner for clients—building strong relationships and being their day-to-day contact.
- Lead advertising and creative projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Translate client goals into clear, inspiring creative briefs that guide the team.
- Keep clients and internal teams aligned through regular updates and key touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver campaigns that connect with audiences and achieve client goals.
- Present ideas, campaigns, and product solutions that grow client relationships and showcase agency capabilities.
- Manage important documents (briefs, proposals, budgets, agreements) to keep projects running smoothly.
- Negotiate with clients and vendors, maintaining accurate records of all deals and information.
- Ensure all creative work is on-brand, culturally relevant, and compliant with industry standards (ASC, FDA, DTI, etc.).
- Work with external suppliers and production partners to bring creative ideas to life.
- Support clients after campaign launch to measure success and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related industry.
- Currently based in Metro Manila (NCR).
- Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiation principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
