Assists with the strategic and continuous program of enabling key digital capabilities of the digital platforms that will support the Bank&aposs digitalization initiatives, drive revenue growth and deliver enhanced customer experiences Responsibilities Digital Asset & Process Inventory - Assesses the Bank&aposs current digital capabilities vis- -vis the market and competitive landscape, including emerging trends and technologies Gap Analysis - Evaluates the existing processes, technology and resources and identifying common areas for improvement and innovation Digital Roadmap & Blueprints - Creates and develops a digital capability roadmap that identifies the core features needed to continuously deliver valuable and improved digital experiences to our customers/users Program Management - Tracks the implementation of digital capability building across the various digital platforms and implement adjustments, as necessary, with the end objective of continuously looking for ways to optimize and improve the Bank&aposs digital capabilities Qualifications Must have a bachelor's degree Must have 3-5 years of related experience Must have experience in banking industry Preferably with experience on Project Management, Business Analyst, Risk, Compliance and Governance Must have knowledge in Platform and Project Management, Risk Management and Compliance processes, Data and access management policies and procedures, and Business analysis processes Must have above-average oral and written communication skills Must have the ability to apply sound problem-solving techniques to various situations Must be organized and can work effectively Must have good presentation skills Work set-up: Hybrid Show more Show less
