Assist in identifying potential suppliers and conducting supplier assessments. Obtain and compare quotations from different suppliers. Support the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on quality, cost and reliability. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate terms and conditions. Submit suppliers canvass to Purchasing for PO. Maintain procurement records, documents and databases. Handle paperwork and documentation required for compliance and reporting. Assist in drafting and reviewing procurement contracts and agreements. Ensure contracts are properly executed and adhered to by both parties - company/buyer and vendor/service provider. Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant govt laws and regulations and company policies.
