Job Description:Looking for a Delivery Lead for leading end-to-end implementation of Oracle Health Insurance projects for our customers. As a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice with extensive knowledge and experience in Health Insurance implementations and regulatory reporting areas, provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Lead teams for delivery of OHI projects end-to-end
Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
Collaborate with customer and internal stakeholders
Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
Influence customer leadership on key decisions effectively.
Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
Estimate tasks for efforts and timelines and meet milestones and deadlines appropriately within budget.
Report progress on tasks and projects
Provide direction and mentoring to project teams.
Participate in and support Pre-Sales activities for OHI Consulting by providing domain expertise
Mentor team leads and team members
Understand and improve consulting best practices
Strive for continuous improvement of Implementation Process & standards

Essential Skills

Implementation consulting or IT experience with health insurance domain applications as a Delivery Lead for a Philipiines based Insurance company
Proficiency in English - verbal and written
Good communication and documentation skills
Experience with collaborating with customer and internal stakeholders
Familiar with basics of Oracle tech stack (Java, SQL)
Knowledge of other Oracle applications such as Fusion Financials / Documaker / Workflow / document management will be an advantage

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Health Insurance domain - products, processes and operations and Regulatory reporting for Philippines
Certification in Health Insurance topics
Previous work experience as a Delivery Lead at customer location for Application implementation work
Prior experience of leading remote virtual teams
Prior experience in integration with other systems such as Financials ERP, Document generation, Payments processing etc.
Prior experience in data migration area
Prior knowledge and experience on areas such as Cloud, deployment etc.
Aware of latest technologies and development practices
