The Engineering Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and availability of production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations. Installs, repairs, and maintains production equipment. Performs troubleshooting, major repairs, overhauling, and preventive maintenance under the guidance of the Superior. Conducts regular plant inspections to monitor equipment performance. Ensures equipment readiness for production and recommends outsourcing when needed. Carries out assigned maintenance tasks and submits accurate daily work reports. Maintains cleanliness of the work area and ensures proper equipment shutdown at the end of each shift. Trains team members on machine operation and assigned maintenance activities. Ensures compliance with SOPs, FSQ, GMP, and HACCP standards. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related course. With at least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in Engineering and Maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
