- Converts the applicants being endorsed from Initial Interview up to Job
- Follow scheduled turn-around-time to ensure that applicants are being monitored and processed in real-time manner.
- Build strong rapport to ensure candidate and selection process
- Collaborate with each team members to ensure that the daily business needs are being
- Calibrate with stakeholders on a timely manner to know the applicants profiles that is best fit for the program.
- Ensures 100% fill rate/completion rate for all
- Completed at least 2nd year in College without back
- Business Administration Course, B.S.B.A Human Resources, and B.S Psychology Graduate or any equivalent course is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to
- Preferably with BPO or Recruitment Experience in any
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
- Effective and efficient in creating/writing professional emails and/or other mode of communication
- Ability to navigate video conference applications/platforms as well as calendar invites,
- Responds quickly to changes in roles, structures, processes and new platforms involving Recruitment and can work under pressure/with minimum supervision.
