Position Responsibilities Receives incoming calls and transfers/connects calls to relevant phone extensions Receives guests, vendors and applicants in a professional manner Receives and dispatches mail and parcels to relevant recipients Assists in localtransportation and logistics of multinational visitors to the Makati site Generates reportsandanalyzesdifferent site-related data and statistics Performs other duties and functions that are incidental to the duties described above, or those which may be required or requestedbyyour supervisor from time to time Qualifications Preferably a graduate of anyBachelor's degree Must be comfortable with using MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and have a strong proficiency for MS Excel Analytical Skills: ability to collect, interpret and articulate pertinent information Communication Skills: Above average written and verbal English communication and comprehension skills. Critical Thinking:abilityto make soundrecommendations based on objective analysis and evaluation of given information Attention to Detail: Must be thorough in accomplishing tasks and have a high degree of accuracy.
