This is a highly technical, client-facing role ideal for someone experienced in CRM automation, funnel building, and workflow optimization within GoHighLevel.You’ll play a key role in improving lead conversion, automating outreach, and ensuring seamless customer journeys through data-driven automation strategies.Key Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced workflows, triggers, and automation sequences in GoHighLevel
Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and pipelines
Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools (Zapier, webhooks, APIs, etc.)
Set up and manage CRM pipelines, lead scoring, and segmentation
Automate email, SMS, and follow-up campaigns for inbound and outbound leads
Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize conversion rates
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth automation operations
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation strategies
Document processes and create scalable automation frameworks

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM automation platforms)
Strong understanding of marketing automation, sales funnels, and lead generation
Experience with integrations (Zapier, APIs, webhooks)
Familiarity with email/SMS marketing campaigns and automation logic
Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Experience in digital marketing agencies or SaaS environments
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or funnel customization
Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or paid media workflows
