We are looking for a highly skilled Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze user needs, and ensure applications operate effectively to support organizational goals. Additionally, you will contribute to discussions on improving performance, usability, and overall user experience.Roles & Responsibilities

Perform independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.
Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and decision-making.
Provide innovative solutions to application and process-related issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct comprehensive testing and validation to ensure application quality and compliance with requirements.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, resolving issues promptly.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in application development.

Professional & Technical Skills

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Hands-on experience creating detailed test plans and test cases from functional requirements.
Ability to effectively analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with performance testing and load testing methodologies.

Additional Information

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Functional Test Planning.
This position is based in our Cebu office.
